Everything you need to know about LOST in 8:15 (Seasons 1-5)
Pretty impressive! rewatching 1-5 has answered many questions I have wanted answered
Oceanic 815 – Side by Side
The scene from LOST with Jack and Rose on Oceanic 815, showing Season 1 on the left side and Season 6 on the right. Compiled by Neil Pomerleau.
Lost Rant/blog post
UK viewers will see it at 0500 BST on Monday (tonight), the same time as audiences on America's west coast, with a repeat on Tuesday night.
Lost's first episode, screened in the UK in August 2005, is still the most expensive TV pilot ever made.
Initially shown in the UK on Channel 4, it attracted around six million viewers. But it had already started losing viewers by the second series, shedding half its audience.
Series six, on Sky One, has stayed steady around the one million viewers mark.
The show follows the lives of plane crash survivors stranded on a mysterious tropical island.
Executive producers and writers Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse announced in 2007 that the series would come to an end in 2010, giving them three years to tie up all the loose ends and answer as many questions as possible.
The final series has seen a "flash-sideways" concept, portraying two parallel universes.
In one, the survivors remained on the island but the other shows a world where Oceanic flight 815 landed in Los Angeles and the passengers never ended up living together.
Simultaneous screenings of the double episode will also be held in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Israel, Turkey and Canada.
(from the bbc)
My question is what will I do after Lost is finished? ive been watching it since 6th form till the end of uni...I dont know I may start watching Grays Anatomy or something like that....
My favorite actor in Lost has to be Desmond Hume
because he says brother all the time!
But I just dont know how lost will end I remember the crazy rumors that use to go around -- Its a Game show, its a dream and its a joke.
THE ONE QUESTION I WANT ANSWERING IS WHAT IS THE GUY IN THE BLACK NAME
AND WHATS THE GLOWING LIGHT ?!?!?!?!??!?!?
there are many other questions for example why dont the people on the island get old? for a example Jacob and the guy in the black, both were kids then they grew up but they still look the same!
They still haven't answered the question about pregnancy issue on the island....URGHHHH theres sooo many questionsssssss
But I must admit I will seriously miss lost,
and NO I am not going to watch the finale @ 5am, my friend Matt has an exam @ 11am and hes still watching it <<>
I dont know what the ending will be but I have a feeling some thing to do with Jack Shephard maybe he will be the new protector of the island maybe ??!?!

43,000 people call for David Cameron to sack Theresa May dubbed the 'homophobic' equality minister
More than 43,000 people have joined a Facebook group that calls on the prime minister David Cameron to reverse his decision to give home secretary Theresa May of her additional role as minister for women and equality as she has consistently voted against LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered) rights and didn't vote in favour of the Equality Act's Sexual Orientation regulations that she has the responsibility of implementing.
The group titled "Sack New Homophobic Equality Minister" was formed after PinkNews.co.uk pointed out to the media Mrs May's poor voting record in the House of Commons. In 1998 she voted against equalising the age of consent and in 2000, she voted against the repeal of Section 28, legislation that banned the 'promotion' of homosexuality by local government and schools.
In 2001 and 2002 she voted against gay couples jointly adopting children.
In 2004, like much of the Conservative front bench, Mrs May did vote in favour of civil partnerships.
But in the same year, Mrs May didn't attend Parliament for any of the four votes that led to the Gender Recognition Act.
She didn't even turn up to Parliament for the vote for the Equality Act (Sexual Orientation) Regulations that outlawed discrimination on the basis of sexuality for the provision of goods and services including adoption. This is a key piece of legislation that she has the responsibility for administering.
In 2008 she voted in favour of a defeated bill which said that IVF rights should require a male role model- effectively discriminating against lesbian fertility rights.
The Facebook group links to a petition signed by almost 15,000 people calling on David Cameron to strip Mrs May of the equalities portfolio, but not to sack her as home secretary. The Downing Street e-Petitons service is currently suspended so it is not possible to petition the prime minister directly.
Former prime minister Tony Blair was criticised when he appointed Ruth Kelly as minister for equality after PinkNews.co.uk exposed that she had never voted for gay rights. However, unlike Mrs May, Mrs Kelly never actually voted against LGBT rights, instead she simply absented herself from the House of Commons.
Mrs May told Channel 4 News: "Certainly there were some votes I wasn't present for. But what we intend to do in government is taking forward an agenda on equalities across the whole range of equalities."
All the main parties promised action against homophobic bullying in various interviews with the pink press in the lead-up to the election.
Mrs May said: "In this particular issue we have some very real commitments, for example in terms of homophobic bullying in schools.
"Headteachers do need, I think, to be given greater support in identifying that and dealing with that issue."
Yesterday, perhaps to balance out criticism of Mrs May's appointment, David Cameron appointed Liberal Democrat MP Lynne Featherstone as junior equalities minister.
Since being elected in 2005, she has a good gay rights voting record and is one of the few MPs to have explicitly championed trans rights. She held the equalities brief for the Lib Dems in the last Parliament and her appointment was widely praised.

Weaz aka JW - Back In Business Mix tape
I like this CD overall at first I was thinking its going to be one of them Hard Core Rap Mix CD's which I try stay away from down oxford street outside the footlocker! probs why I haven't touched a footlocker for a while. But its far from it, its well recorded and clean cut
The skits on this CD gives me sooo much jokes. the first one when Weaz is trying to sell his CD to a girl who says she doesn't listen to rap music and she drives off listening to Giggs, Number 7 Groupie Love (says it all) and Charmz (RIP) African Scream.
The Tracks I rate highly on this CD are the following - 03=What I got/06=Where I'm From (at first I was thinking it was going to be a Plan B cover but it is not)/08=Dont Tell/09=Why the F Did I get Him Vex (reminds me of a American tune)/10=Only one Night/12=Hit da Deck/16=What you need (for you BASSLINE Heads)/19=Funny How things just changed(Funky Banger, will 100% get you moving)/24=Bad Guy/26=Why and the Famous Its Weaz
Make sure you download the CD here > http://www.sendspace.com/file/vd9ndnWEAZ
Have a listen and give Weaz some feedback via his Facebook. http://www.facebook.com/1weazy

Soooo My MP is....
Iain Duncan Smith and he has been appointed secretary of state for work and pensions in David Cameron's new coalition government.
I rate him highly because he knocked on my door and had a good chin wag with my mum, and my friend down the road and my cuzzi in Chingford (you can say he put the work in)
But I am Labour till I die!
I would want either Ed Balls
or
David Miliband
To become the next leader of the Labour Party !
btw my predictions were correct I knew Nick Clegg will become Deputy PM, and some of the Lib Dems will have high profile positions! (just ask my friend from work) give it a few years the Tories/Lib Dems team up will fail then at the next general election Labour will be back in power!

Tips on Good Time Management
Time Management is Key during these crucial times so here are some tips
1. Prepare a priority list of things to do. Stick to this list while doing things in life. Do important things first.
2. Try to avoid any disruption to your work schedule. If things or people disrupt your life or work-schedule do not hesitate to go into a protective shell. Remember, it is your work which is priority and not other things.
3. Prepare a list of To-do-Things. Keep this list handy. Correct yourself if at any point of time you start veering off this list.
4. Rigorously train yourself to work in a routine. If anything breaks up this routine then figure out ways to eliminate such things.
5. Do not try to multi-task. Do things one at a time. It often happens that the thought of other pending jobs on your mind hamper your ability to finish the one in hand.
6. Start saying "No" to others at work. Reject all chances of other people passing on their work to you.
7. Have some time for self-evaluation and self-introspection. This would help you assess whether you are capable of dealing with your present chaotic situation. Prioritizing things would then be easy to do.
8. Work hard but do not drive yourself to the wall. Instead, work at a slow but steady pace, and for as long as possible. This would increase the chances of success.
9. Limit the time that you spend on socializing. Keep conversations short,-- somewhat formal, and to the point. Follow this style even when you are at work.
10. Eat healthy food and exercise regularly so that your energy levels are always high. This would help you work hard for sustained periods of time.
Things Not to Do In Order To Manage Time
There are three things which you should not do in order to better manage your time. These are as follows:
1. Keeping emotional issues unresolved: Unresolved emotional issues would always hamper your ability to work. Hence, it is best to resolve them in any manner possible. Talk to the people concerned or talk to a counselor.
2 Easily getting distracted: You would not be able to manage time effectively if you get easily distracted. Practice to remain focused. Learn how to meditate, it would surely help if you have problem concentrating on important things.
3. Low levels of health: An ailing body is home to an ailing mind. Hence, stay fit and healthy so that your mind too remains the same. Eat nutritious food and exercise regularly.
